Established Urban Infrastructure Development and Construction Joint Stock Company - BID Vietnam, charter capital of 20 billion VND.

2007 - 2009

Development of construction projects for HYDRO-POWER WORKS, DIKE WORKS, ENTERPRISE's headquarters.

2010 - 2012

Development of construction projects of key items in LOW-INCOME HOUSING projects

Promote activities in the field of construction and installation, and at the same time expand activities to invest in real estate development business and import and export specialized materials and equipment.

2015

BIDGROUP rose strongly, transformed into a Group model. BIDGROUP has signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement with PWC - one of the world's leading consulting groups.

2016

Five hinges, creating a premise for BIDGROUP to drastically restructure to become one of the leading multi-industry private corporations in Vietnam.

2021

2017 – 2020: Strongly developing typical mid-range and high-class housing projects such as Bright City project, Lam Vien project, Eden Garden, etc. BID is a corporation specializing in revitalizing old projects. These projects, when they passed BID, were completed in a short time.

2021: BIDGroup has increased its charter capital to VND 1,000 billion. Commencement of construction of resettlement court for Thai Binh people started. In addition, it also decided to allocate land to build the Eden Garden project - the first luxury apartment complex to appear in Thai Binh.
